Workshop on Detection of Software Clones

The First International Workshop on Detection of Software Clones is held on Wednesday, 2 October 2002 at Montreal, Canada, just before ICSM 2002.

The theme of the workshop is to summarize recent progress for clone detection techniques, to report on the results of an experiment recently conducted to quantitatively compare existing techniques for software clone detection, and to discuss further steps to improve clone detection techniques.
